In this way, the hotel is removed from the bustle, but at the same time close to the beach, which can be accessed on foot in a few minutes and barely 200 meters, without any steep slope.
All the 16 rooms, this building is from a recent construction, and also ecological, sustainable, recycled and proximity materials have been used. It has tried to follow demanding eco-sustainability criteria and has been equipped with solar panels and an efficient water recovery system for showers and rains for garden consumption
